About Chisca Group:

Chisca Group officially opened its doors in January 2010, but its birth came as a surprise one year earlier when Adriana decided to try her hand at Commercial Real Estate. The first client she got in that field was someone not looking to sell real estate though, but looking to sell his business. With two college degrees and a strong passion for business systems and financial data under her belt, Adriana took on the task. The business was sold successfully in less than two months, and her client brought Adriana two additional clients looking for help selling their business. 

Those businesses sold also and Adriana knew she found her calling.

 

Up to that point Adriana never heard the term “Business Broker”  and had no idea that this is an actual trade. But selling the first three businesses under the umbrella of a commercial real estate company made her realize that the real estate selling processes and documents are severely lacking where it comes to selling businesses. 

She left the commercial real estate company she was working with, and decided to do things on her own. With the help of several Business Attorneys she perfected each document needed, and she created a highly effective process from business valuation, to preparing a business for sale, to due diligence, to the actual sale. During her research she was finally exposed to the “Business Broker” term and also “Mergers and Acquisitions” and she obtained all the training and certifications available, to make sure she is not missing anything. 

Armed with a new deep understanding of the trade, and documents and business systems that now protected and served the business owners she worked with at a completely different level, in January 2010  Chisca Group was born.

Over the years Adriana assembled an all-star team of M&A related professionals that help in different areas of each transaction including Mergers and Acquisitions.  While she is the Principal Business Advisor and M&A Specialist in the Firm, Chisca Group has teamed up with a team of top SBA Lenders, Accountants and Closing Attorneys that help our clients with each step of the process.
